The Largest Annual Real Estate Event in Saudi Arabia In the presence of many investors, real estate, business and media, His Excellency Minister of Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail inaugurated Riyadh Restatex Real Estate Exhibition on Sunday 22 April 2018 at Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre with the large participation from the Ministry of Housing and several government entities, in addition to real estate companies concerned with housing, real estate and construction. His Excellency assured that this exhibition represents a pioneering annual opportunity to review the solutions provided by the ministry to provide suitable housing chance for citizens, as well , to learn about the experiences of developers and real estate finance locally and internationally, and to know about its developments in this sector, indicating that the ministry is keen to strengthen partnership with developers and financiers in line with the strategic objective of supporting supply, enabling demand, stimulating real estate supply, improving the performance of the real estate sector and increasing its contribution in the gross domestic product.
